The Annual exhibition is a deep and wonderful journey that started in 1980 with a conscious insight by those who have participated in the Society since its foundation. Under the auspices His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Member of the Supreme Council & Ruler of Sharjah , who paved the way for the culture and arts during his presence in the Society. This proves that our leaders give due care to the civilization that is left behind by the arts. Further, civilization enhances the UAE’s position among all countries of the world and highlights the UAE’s concern about creativity. Thus, the past 32 rounds are considered to exemplify great heritage and is a source of pride. Consequently, the Exhibition this year is a fusion of all the outcomes of the beginnings and development throughout generations. The Exhibition adopts a realistic vision in tracing the importance of merging artistic expressions, outcomes and experiences. Furthermore, the Exhibition focuses on the importance of establishing communication links that strengthen the objectives, values, and status of the Exhibition among the artistic society. This year, the Exhibition is focusing on transforming the UAE into a cultural and artistic center to meet all tastes, regardless of their categorization, origins, methodologies, and styles. This fusion of diverse forms of artistic expression expands and enriches UAE art.
